Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.

Most purchases, except those requiring delivery by freight carrier are shipped from our Distribution Center by UPS, FedEx or USPS to arrive in your home within seven business days of order receipt. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or mail. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.


 

We ship orders during standard business hours, Monday - Friday. All transit times are calculated in business days (Sat-Sun and Holidays do not apply). Orders received prior to 12:00 PST are usually processed the same business day. We do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible. Sometimes it might take 2-3 business days to ship your order.

 

While placing an order please consider the processing time. Your order will be shipped using the standard ground method. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your order within 2-7 business days from the day your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Items delivered to U.S. Territories are shipped via Parcel Post. We use Parcel Post to ship to a PO Box, APO or PO address. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states. Please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-893-3006 with questions. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
